 - ในกรณี ที่ทางร้านส่งสินค้าผิด หรือไม่ตรงรุ่น ให้แจ้งกับทางร้านทันที ไม่เกิน 3 วัน นับตั้งแต่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า
 - สินค้าที่ส่งกลับมา ต้องอยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อย รวมทั้งแพ็คเกจของสินค้า
